Hearing Aid Evaluations

Following the audiological evaluation, it may become necessary to use assistive technology, such as hearing aids. One of the main services we provide at no charge is a consultation to help you navigate through the array of hearing instruments that are currently available. Hearing technology is advancing quickly, but here at SENT, we remain up-to-date on the latest features and instruments on the market. Our audiologists will discuss the various styles of hearing aids and the different levels of technology available in amplification today. Our audiologists will listen to your specific needs and guide you through the process of choosing the best device to fit your hearing needs.

During the orientation or fitting appointment, our audiologists will program your hearing aid to best suit your hearing loss as well as your subjective preferences. You will be provided with instructions on care, use and maintenance of the device. You will return to the office during your trial period for further adjustments.

After your trial, you can visit any of our offices for additional follow-up and hearing aid service at no charge. If your hearing aid stops working, you should call our office for an appointment, or stop by our Walk-In Clinic at the Exposition Blvd. office Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-2:30pm. We will assess your instrument and either service it at the office, or recommend a manufacturer repair.
