A: You should schedule an appointment for a FREE hearing aid consultation with one of our experienced audiologists to discuss your hearing loss and the options available to help you.
A: Digital hearing aids start at $1,200.00 each and mid-level technology costs about $1600-$1,800 each. High end technology ranges from $2,000 to $3000.00 each.
A: Some insurance plans do cover a portion or all of the cost of the instrument, and you are responsible for the balance. Our office will check your insurance prior to your appointment and will obtain authorizations and bill as necessary for you.
A: You can either pay at the consultation or when you pick-up the hearing aid. We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard and Care Credit.
A: You have 45 days to try the hearing aid. In the event you return the device within the 45 day period, you will be refunded the full amount.
A: Hearing aids typically have either a 2 year loss and damage warranty and a two year repair warranty or a 3 year repair warranty, depending on the technology. Your visits with us are free for as long as you own the instrument.
A: Each year, we research technology and make adjustments to the manufacturers we support depending on reliability, service, technology advances and patient satisfaction. We dispense state-of-the-art technology and quality products from top manufacturers.
A: Most manufacturers recommend replacing instruments about every 5 years.
A: At our main office on Exposition Blvd., we are available by appointment Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, including the noon hour. We also have a walk-in clinic for simple repairs and cleaning from 1-2:30. If you need re-programming, an appointment would be needed. Please call the other offices for their hours.
